A Sub-division in the heart Of Burleigh Heads lead to the construction of the Coast’s newest KFC Drive thru food outlet.

Located in Burleigh Heads, adjacent to Billabongs infamous head office, KFC Burleigh was part of a 3 stage sub-division.
A large block of land was divided into 3 lots, the front 2 lots comprising of a retail food outlet drive thru on each, and a boutique industrial complex ‘Burleigh Base’ on the 3rd lot behind.
The Potter Group worked closely with ‘Collins Foods Limited’ to build the KFC to their specifications and negotiate a lease.
KFC (Lot 1) was sold as a tenanted investment and completed in 2021.
