Founder and CEO of The Potter Group, John Potter has more than 40 years of construction, project management and property development experience. In addition to being the founder of The Potter Group, John spent more than 12 years as the founder and CEO of the publicly listed development company Citie Centre Limited, which later merged with Villa World Limited.

Zac graduated August, 2014 with a Bachelor of Property Development, majoring in Sustainable Development from Bond University before moving to Sydney where he spent 3 years as a Business Development Manager and Senior Sales Executive at a Multi- National Corporate Project Marketing Company in Sydney’s CBD Head Office.
Zac joined the Potter Group in 2018 and created Potter Projects, breaking into the Industrial Market and spearheading a previously untouched segment by the Potter Group. Zac has created new meaning for the term ‘Man Caves’ as well as commercial showroom & office spaces, reshaping the industrial landscape of the Gold Coast.
