ONE of Australia’s best singers and songwriters have purchased a Gold Coast “man cave”.

The famed Australian band Savage Garden’s frontman Daniel Jones – known for hits Truly Madly Deeply, Crash and Burn and Affirmation – purchased one of Miami’s swanky new 14 warehouses.

The man caves or “she sheds” were developed by 25-year-old Gold Coast developer Zac Potter from The Potter Group.

14 of the up-market buildings were said to be a rich man’s toy where they will store luxury cars, boats and have business meetings.
